哈曼是著名的高端音響制造商，在汽車領(lǐng)域尤甚，比如哈曼·卡頓品牌是寶馬、路虎、奔馳等品牌鐘愛(ài)的“天籟之音”，相關(guān)車型有奔馳S600L、寶馬530Li、別克君越等，同時(shí)還AKG®、JBL®、Revel®、 harman/kardon®、Infinity®、Lexicon®及Mark Levinson®等16個(gè)大家耳熟能詳?shù)囊纛l品牌都在它名下，簡(jiǎn)直就是個(gè)深藏功與名的大集團(tuán)。之前蘋果把Beat收歸麾下，現(xiàn)在三星一口氣收下了一個(gè)頂級(jí)的音頻集團(tuán)……
而三星則是一家橫跨各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的真·巨頭，甚至有人戲稱半個(gè)韓國(guó)都是三星撐起來(lái)的。今天三星又在資本層面搞了個(gè)大新聞，三星電子11月14日宣布以80億美元的價(jià)格收購(gòu)哈曼國(guó)際（Harman International Industries）！而且還是現(xiàn)金，折合價(jià)格每股112美元，哈曼會(huì)作為三星旗下的獨(dú)立子公司的形式繼續(xù)運(yùn)營(yíng)并保持現(xiàn)有團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，哈曼本身的辦公場(chǎng)所、工廠和所有的消費(fèi)和專業(yè)級(jí)別的音頻品牌都將保留，預(yù)期收購(gòu)會(huì)在明年年中完成。
當(dāng)然，更出乎預(yù)料的是，這次收購(gòu)的重點(diǎn)居然是哈曼國(guó)際的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)汽車解決方案，后者占據(jù)了該市場(chǎng)65%的份額。三星副董事長(zhǎng)權(quán)五鉉(Oh-Hyun Kwon)說(shuō)道：“HARMAN在技術(shù)、產(chǎn)品和上完美的填補(bǔ)了三星的空缺，雙方之間的聯(lián)合是我們一直追求的汽車發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的自然延伸�！�
此外，哈曼的產(chǎn)品還覆蓋互聯(lián)網(wǎng)汽車解決方案，包括嵌入式信息娛樂(lè)、車載信息、互聯(lián)安全服務(wù)等。三星表示，“如同過(guò)去10年功能手機(jī)發(fā)展成為智能手機(jī)一樣，未來(lái)汽車也將通過(guò)智能技術(shù)和聯(lián)網(wǎng)來(lái)改造�！�
今后，哈曼將作為三星子公司保持獨(dú)立運(yùn)營(yíng)。
據(jù)報(bào)道推出后，三星股價(jià)在首爾下跌2.8%，因此前宣布80億美元收購(gòu)美國(guó)汽車零件制造商哈曼。
